“Throughout college I was gaining and losing the same 10-15 pounds and was making excuses on why I was gaining weight.

Whether it was because I had just gotten into a relationship in 2021 and was going on more dates, or because I’m in college and just want to have fun/go out, and the weight is just going to come with it, and I’ll lose it after the semester is over. It was a continuous cycle that I was tired of being stuck in, I felt like shit.

Ashley did not just give me workouts and send me on my way. She helped me monitor my meals, learn how to work out intentionally, and made me realize I can go out and have fun without all the drinking and drunk snacks. I go to bars now without drinking, go to bed and sleep 8-9 hours, and then hit the gym the next morning.

My social life is still thriving and I’ve never felt more confident in my body, and I feel stronger than ever. I will continue to implement these healthy habits she has taught me!
